Our word at Pinnacle for the first quarter of 2022 is expansion. At the obvious level, this reminds us of our business goal to provide premier cleaning services in Central Pennsylvania. That goal is made so much sweeter as we expand our hiring opportunities and bless others with a solid position in a company that cares.

But expansion means so much more to our team.

Our goal is for each person connected to Pinnacle to expand themselves personally: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

In 1 Chronicles 4:10, we are reminded that expansion goals are something we can take before God,

Now Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, “Oh that You would bless me indeed and enlarge my border, and that Your hand might be with me, and that You would keep me from harm that it may not pain me!” And God granted him what he requested.

As we dig into this word, we ask ourselves some key questions.

  1. What business accounts would we like to win and why?
  2. How can we earn their trust (through referrals given because of our quality service)?
  3. What processes do we need to change or improve to handle our expansion?
  4. How can we impact our community in other ways?
  5. How can we expand our focus as a business that honors the Lord?
  6. How can we help our employees to broaden their knowledge through training and education?
  7. What does expansion mean to every member of our team?

As we go deeper, it’s exciting. We were blessed in 2021, but with God, we can do so much more. We encourage you to answer the questions above in your own business and organization. Join us as we focus on expansion to better the community in which we live and work.
